The iSAM package comes with 4 hours of training delivered online by one of our training consultants using our training/conference server. There’s accompanying documentation, which will have participants up and running from day one.

For those customers who want to continue to develop and strengthen their iSAM skills, learning power tricks and tips, we have put together additional webinar-based training packages as follows: 

iSAM Lite - Foundations

This covers the core modules and  functions of the iSAM package. The iSAM  webinar training package is available for a fixed fee of only £75.00 per user and provides six weeks of one hour sessions delivered between 11.30 and 12.30 GMT on Tuesdays. These are modular so participants can join in at any point.

The six lessons cover the following topics:

Time and activity management - Tasks, calls, meetings and notes, and generating to-do lists

Quickcompose Email - A real eye-opener and a massive time saver

Document manager - Document Filing and Administration, understanding version control

Marketing campaigns - Get more sales and more customers

Sales pipeline - Track sales opportunities, forecast future sales and stay on top of deals

iSAM Pro and Pro 7

Builds upon the previous training programme, with the focus on sales campaigns and managing your website component to construct new marketing initiatives.

These are one hour sessions delivered each week on Tuesdays between 13.30 and 14.30 GMT.

   Maintaining and updating a website from an iSAM system (Only applicable to iSAM Pro 7 users)

   Organising the site, adding feedback pages, linking in with campaigns
   
   
6. Corporate Wiki
   Find out more about this amazing tool that will enable you to build a handbook of working practices, company policies ensuring everyone knows how your company operates.
